The patient is a 31 year old who presented with bilateral breast atrophy and desired bilateral breast augmentation. Dr. Sinno performed the surgery using submuscular silicone gel implants through inframammary implants. Note that the scars are still "fresh" and have not faded yet. Mentor 325cc moderate plus were used.
