22 year old female who presented with enlargement of her vaginal labia. This has been causing interference with activities such as riding horses and causing discomfort with sexual intercourse. The enlarged vaginal labia were protruding and showing through her bathing suit. Dr. Sinno performed labiaplasty using a three layer repair technique and restoring normal appearance and function to the genital area. Note that the scars are practically invisible.
